Step-By-Step Process

1) The Free Consult (~30 minutes): 

Onsite visits are ideal - we’ll bring the coffee and donuts.

Being IN potential shooting locations provides immediate sense of physical space (light, sound, power, etc) along with other potentially crucial data. Will we need a ladder to rig a light? Are there sound anomalies to wrestle with? Is there a stunning natural backdrop?

In person meetups aren’t always necessary, so we can happily schedule a Zoom, Facetime, Voice call etc. And if you want to meet in person off site, we’ll always pick up the coffee/tea/beer/wine/cocktail tab.

Consult time is for data collection - for clients to share goals, introduce their ‘players’, and describe the products and services to be included in your final deliverables. In turn we’ll share some about our process, answer initial questions, and do our best not to geek out on frame rates, dynamic range, lens speed, and recent film and series breakouts.

2) The Proposal:

Within 1-3 business days, following consult, we will send a proposal for your project, including preproduction, shoot logistics, post production timelines, and overall needs.

Estimated costs will be included in the proposal. We will provide certain services in ‘shopping list’ fashion so you can scale and curb your budget accordingly.

Know that all projects are treated with love and affection. We will lose sleep for the love of the craft, no matter what the budget.

*Non-profits and charity based projects will be met with charitable price decreases.
